Service of Divorce Documents in Mexico

Under the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure, service of process in a foreign country may be made by internationally agreed means. In some countries, those means may include certified mail or other similar form of mail delivery requiring a return receipt. In Mexico, however, documents must be served personally or be made through Mexico’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
