Senate Bill 1187 was voted down by the Arizona State Senate this week. SB 1187 would have allowed one party to extend by up to four months the sixty-day hold on proceedings that takes effect when one party seeks reconciliation counseling. See A.R.S. Sec. 25-381.18.
